SHURE 548SD Unidyne IV Dynamic Cardioid Vintage Microphone Mic Unidirectional

  

This SHURE 548SD UNIDYNE IV mic is part of my father in laws collection. He was a square dance caller for many years. I have several of his mics listed currently if your interested.

I did plug this in to my daughters karaoke speaker and we sang a few songs on it. It seemed to work fine. Looks to be in very good condition for the age of it. I think its from the 60s/70s? I could not get the button/switch to slide down (im assuming it should slide down) I didnt want to try and force it though so it may just need a harder push.

It also has what I believe is a serial number engraved down the side of the mic. Please check out the pics.
