Vintage Shure 545SD Cardioid Dynamic Microphone

  
This one has been tested and works just fine. This is the series 2 version and was made in Mexico. I have no way to measure its frequency response but it picks up highs and lows just like my other microphones do. And it sounds like other 545's I have used in the past. This is the predecessor to the Famous Shure SM57 which we all know and at least respect if not love.

This unit has a switch so it can be turned on and off at the microphone and it does not make any pops or clicks during it operation. The switch can also be locked on by loosening the screw and rotating the metal piece to hold the switch in the on position.

This is useful if you use it for snare drum micing or somewhere where you do not want the mic accidentally turned off. Feel free to ask any questions I will do my best to answer them.
